The Unknown

All alone in the darkness
traveled to a world, to most humans unknown
no lights in sight, no hope shown
a story untold; his existence to the world unknown
the world seems dark like the moon
no hope, no sun, to light his own

now he's passed over
into the world unknown
the shadows get darker than the thoughts
his pain to the world unknown
he's passed over

to the darkness he belongs
he has created his kingdom,
nothing to hold on to, but his throne
now he is king of the unknown
he no longer belongs to mankind
but only to a world he calls his own
the world still awaits; wrath of the unknown
